Video capture is not a new technology in AV industry. There are many different ways to capture video on your event, for instance:

1. Camcorder or video camera: in this case you will have to hire someone to film the event.

2. PC/NB based webcam: but you will have to stay in front of your PC/NB, otherwise audience will not be able to see you.

3. Surveillance camera: might be a great idea, but its angle is usually fixed, and it’s not able to follow the event flow or a host.
