ADENA Hack: How to download firmware updates and resources for AREC and RADA devices for free.

In ADENA Hack №84, “How to update firmware of AREC devices?”, we described the full process of updating AREC and RADA devices – from checking the current firmware version of your device to downloading and applying its firmware update. Following your valuable feedback, we have simplified the way firmware updates and resources are distributed. In this post, we will describe the new approach.

As before, when you visit the Firmware & Resources page on our website, you will see various available materials, their versions, release notes, and download buttons. When you find the firmware or resource you need and click “Download”, a form will open. Please ensure you use an email address that is correct and accessible to you, as the resource you requested will now be sent there as a download link.

Tick the boxes next to the resources you wish to download – a separate email will be sent for each item you select. Once you have finished choosing all the required items, simply click “Submit” to send the form. After that, check your inbox for emails from info@a-dena.com.

It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive – please also check your general/spam folder if you do not see it shortly after submitting the form. Each email will include a download link; click it to start downloading a .zip archive containing the requested material.
