ADENA Hack: How to conveniently access all certificates, datasheets, manuals, and other AREC/RADA info.

There are different ways to get documentation and other materials for AREC and RADA devices. For example, you could access our website www.a-dena.com and navigate to “Resources” → “Technical Information” and “Catalogues”, or contact us via chat or email – these are all good methods. However, if you want to access all kinds of information conveniently in the same place and at any time, then our NAS will be the best option for you.

The NAS is maintained specifically for distributors, system integrators, and resellers actively working with AREC and RADA brands. It can be accessed through our website www.a-dena.com. Click “For Partners” → “Partners Access” – that will open the NAS’s URL https://adenalimited.quickconnect.to/. When the page opens, you will need to enter your login credentials – if you forgot them, or need to create them, simply contact your ADENA sales manager or email us at info@a-dena.com.

After you log in, click on the “File Station”. There, in the root directory “MaterialsForPartners”, you will find the following folders with materials:

• CaseStudy – this folder contains a file with names of the published case studies, AREC and RADA products used in them, links to articles about them, as well as a subfolder with video recordings from some of these case studies.

  
  

• Certificates – this folder contains three subfolders with all available certificates and test reports.

  
  

• Datasheets – this folder contains three subfolders with datasheets of all current products, as well as editable .ai versions.

  
  

• Firmware&ReleaseNotes – this folder contains three subfolders with firmware versions and release notes. “Firmware” contains all the current firmware versions, “OldHWFirmware” contains some older versions, and “ReleaseNote” has files that describe changes in the firmware update.

  
  

• ForTenders – this folder contains descriptions of particular models to make it easier to describe them in tender documentation.

  
  

• Logos – this folder contains various logo images of AREC and RADA that can be used for marketing purposes, website building, and more.

  
  

• Posters&Rollups&Banners – this folder contains various images that can be used for marketing purposes, website building, and more.

  
  

• ProductImage – this folder contains two subfolders (“AREC” and “RADA”) in which you will find high-resolution images of all current products and their accessories from different angles.

  
  

• QIG&UserManuals – this folder has four subfolders for quick installation guides and user manuals of all AREC and RADA current products.

  
  

• Tools – this folder contains various software and RS-232/TCP commands documentation.

  
  

• Videos – this folder contains several subfolders with videos split by their purpose, including technical videos, product videos, webinars, and other topics.

  
  

• WarrantyInformation – this folder contains our warranty policy document and the RMA/DOA guide.
