Case Study: Que mira, AREC? Argentina’s MiradorTEC live with AREC
Dear ADENA Partners, our case study this month covers the installation and use of the AREC Media Capture System at MiradorTEC in Argentina. Thanks to the work of our partner, Seytech, this innovation centre and technology park uses our solutions to record and stream events, easily control the production workflow, and automatically track speakers. What is MiradorTEC?
MiradorTEC is a new technology park and an initiative of the government of Entre Ríos State in Argentina. It aims to transform the economy of this coastal region in multiple strategic directions, including artificial intelligence, information technology, and specialised metal-mechanical industries. To achieve this, the organisation brings together representatives from the public, private, and academic sectors of the region in the newly constructed technology park, a building with more than 40 offices, multiple coworking spaces, seven meeting rooms, an auditorium, multiple classrooms, and other facilities. While the building officially opened in September 2025, equipment was selected and installed at a later date, as work and the adaptation of specific facilities continued into 2026.
What is the solution?
MiradorTEC envisioned its auditorium as an ideal venue for conferences, launches, presentations, and other events. To make this vision a reality, the organisation required an all-encompassing solution: reliable, easy to use and control, featuring presenter tracking, adapted for hybrid conferencing, high-quality streaming and recording, and supporting a variety of inputs. Our partner, Seytech, offered just what MiradorTEC needed – the AREC Media Capture System, covering all of these requirements with the LS-410 Media Station, the CI-T10 and CI-T21H infrared (IR) tracking cameras, and RADA accessories: the RADA Touch interactive touchscreen and the RADA Bridge HDMI-to-USB converter.
LS-410 Media Station – the foundation
The LS-410 Media Station is the core of the installed solution. It is a multifunctional, four-channel device that takes full control of video production. The station handles capture, mixing, visual presentation, recording, streaming, backup, and control of all connected audio and video from cameras, computers, conferencing terminals, microphones, and other sources. One of the key features of the LS-410 is that, even though it is full of functions, the user only needs to press start or set an automatic schedule for the station to produce a ready-to-use recording and stream of any event. This convenience takes the pressure off presenters and greatly speeds up the production process.
CI-T21H and CI-T10 – the tracking cameras

AM-360 IR Tracking Positioner
The AREC CI-T21H and CI-T10 cameras are used as video sources for the Media Station and to provide tracking. They are positioned on opposite walls to provide different perspectives. These cameras use infrared tracking technology to track only the special IR transmitter devices that we call positioners. In the event hall at MiradorTEC, they track AM-360 IR positioners designed for handheld microphones. The IR technology ensures that the cameras track presenters everywhere within their working distances, even in crowded environments such as event halls.
A-TS02 – control and confidence
A-TS02 RADA Touch
To control and monitor ongoing recording and streaming sessions, the system design includes an A-TS02 RADA Touch interactive display, which is connected to the LS-410. The display shows the station’s programme output (mixed video) and its graphical user interface (GUI). Using the A-TS02, presenters and operators can quickly check the station’s status, adjust the layout and other graphical elements of the video being recorded and streamed, control audio and the local display output, control camera movement and zoom levels, as well as start, pause, or stop events manually.
A-BR02 HDMI-to-USB Bridge – a window to conferencing
A-BR02 HDMI-to-USB Bridge
The final element of the MiradorTEC solution is the A-BR02 HDMI-to-USB Bridge – an accessory that converts the HDMI output of any compatible device into a USB video source for videoconferencing and other purposes. The organisation is using it to ensure the same viewing experience for participants attending remotely via Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and other applications as for those attending in person. With the Bridge, the LS-410 becomes a camera in such applications, allowing users to display multiple sources in a single window, share content without navigating complex menus, easily add graphics and design elements, and more.
What are the results?
