All LS and KL Stations can have their firmware version upgraded through the web interface. To update this way, login to the Media Station’s System Administrator web page, click on “System”, and then “Firmware”. You will see your current firmware version, and an “Update” button. Press on it, select firmware update file, and confirm.
Your station will reboot to apply the update - this process may take a few minutes. Please note that it is advisable to restart the device prior to updating, and also to export all configurations through the web interface. AREC firmware and software updates are provided for free.
